LMP Scheduled. Ultrasound Showed Herniation Of Membrane And Mild Oligohydroamnios. Still On Bed. What To Do?

Question: My Wife has LMP Sept 22, 2011 and expected date of delivery is XXXXXXX 29, 2012.
She had encirclage done at 14weeks of preg. (Jan 10, 2012)
We had ultrasound done at 25th week and herniation of membrane was found and it also said mild oligohydroamnios. she was admitted to hospital with foot end raise and situation improved and currently it is 29th week of pregnancy and still on bed rest.
Now one doctor says u can visit washroom and other says be on complete bed rest
not sure what to do?

need expert advise?

She is also having proluton injection 250mg as well since 14th week

Thanks for the query.
Obviously her condition is not stable.The herniation of membranes means there is always a chance of pre term labour. Whether she can visit the washroom is a relative matter.The doctor treating her would be able to advise best after examination.If there is no pain,bleeding,leaking etc, then there is no harm in going to the wash room.
However, if any of the above symptoms are present,then complete bed rest is necessary.She should not strain in the toilet. Also avoid squatting for long periods of time. However,i still say,that follow the advise of her treating doctor since he has examined the pt himself.
