Lady Has Been Having 'extreme' Pain Like Never Before, In

On statins / blood thinners/ blood pressure meds. Also has 'osteoporosis', and 'arthritis'. Just had some bloods done, but says pain was just as bad in blood test as in the leg. Apart from a 'blood clot' what else could this be causing pain ?
Spondyloarthrosis and osteoporosis may be the causes of the pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the pain she is having in the lower back and leg is possibly related to osteoporosis and arthritis.
Severe spondyloarthrosis that is a degenerative disease may cause this pain. Also osteoporosis makes vertebrae so spongous that are easy to be cracked, compressed or even broken.
I think she may need to do a xray of lower spine or better an MRI to check it's conditions.
She needs to be treated with antinflamatory drugs such advil, naproxen, diklofenac etc.
She needs to get examined soon.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

You are welcome.
