Last Night I Woke To A Very Powerful Itch Due To Bug Bite Will Antibiotic Cream Help?

Question: Last night I woke to a very powerful itch on the back area of my left knee. It continued for up to 5 minutes. Could it have been tick? I never saw one.
I did, however, note two other apparent bites one on each forearm that left marks: two tiny pin holes about an inch apart and a slightly rough area nearby. They had traces of blood. I applied some antibiotic cream.

Hello and welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have read your query thoroughly.
* Narrated bite marks likely to be due to tick bite, bug or else.
Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query thoroughly.
1. History of recent travel to particular area which are prone to have ticks ?
2. What is the current status of itch and redness as compared to night ?
Till you reply the same, continue ice application for soothing and intake of anti histamine
will relief itching if it is there.
Awaiting for your response.

There is not itching anymore and no increased redness or swelling.
So, I think it has resolved; if not, I will resubmit a followup.
