Last Week I Had Pain All Over My Body, And

an infection is the most likely cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
body aches and sweating are common symptoms during the course of an infection. When the temperature rises the patient feels chills and body aches. When the temperature goes down, the patient sweats profusely and - usually - feels better (less body aches). I can't guess what kind of infection may be causing your symptoms. More details are needed. Symptoms like sore throat, cough, headache, etc may help to localize the infection.
There are infections that may be more common in people over 60 years of age but age is not the most important factor to determine the diagnosis of an infection.
You should check your temperature with the thermometer. If you do have fever, you should visit your primary care physician for assessment. You can always post a question here too! Patients with fever without other symptoms are likely to have a urinary tract infection so prompt assessment is recommended.
I hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards,
