Brief Answer:
Use antivirals such gancyclovir.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

If you don't have an immunodeficiency disease such HIV the 8 msv can stay for long in body without change.
Antiviral drugs, such as ganciclovir, that target the replication of herpesviruses such as KSHV have been used to successfully prevent development of Kaposi's sarcoma and if you have been exposed and are sure you have it use this antivirals to prevent replication and kaposi sarcoma development.
If sarcoma is developed you can't benefit from antivirals but surgery and radiation are needed.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
