Hi,

Take care of posture while lifting weight.
Take care of breathing while lifting.

Your trainer help you. Once you master the posture and breathing then go for heavier weights till then opt lesser ones. Otherwise you have physical and physiological problems like back pain, muscle injury, overuse injury, high BP
