Brief Answer:
Please send more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Kindly send more details about your symptoms like
-since when do you have these symptoms?
-Do you have any other symptoms like fever, pain in ear etc?
- Do you have history of allergies?

For mild cold like symptoms, there is nothing to worry. These are expected to resolve in 5-10 days. Gargles with salt water are also helpful. If there is mucous in throat, you can take syrup cetirizine in dose of 5 mg before sleeping, one dose should help recover, otherwise dose can be repeated on second day. Avoid exposure to dust and pollen. Drink some milk with meals. Drinking warm fluids also help.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
