Brief Answer:
It is a sign of advanced disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the query and I can understand your concerns.
The given description is a finding that the surgeon had noted during the procedure. There is significant adhesion to omentum (large sheet like structure in the abdomen) and abdominal wall layers. Usually it indicates slightly advanced disease.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Adhesion is moderate only.
The two possibilities in this case are the adhesions can be due to previous surgery.
The second possibility is an advanced disease process. Even if the adhesion is moderate it is significant and point towards an advanced disease.
If you attach the complete report in the followup query I can have a better look.
Thanks
