Brief Answer:
She has to be investigated further
Detailed Answer:
Hi
If your daughter is not having vomiting and passing stools daily, then her gut is normal.
If it is abnormal, she has to go for Ultrasound abdomen,CT scan abdomen,Colonoscopy. The first two will describe her ovaries and uterus status.
Regarding menstrual problems, her hormonal status has to be checked.
Regarding bruises, she should investigate with Bleeding time,Clotting time, plasma thromboplastin time.
She should take high protein diet.
If you comeback with above investigation reports,i will clarify further
Regards
