Brief Answer:
Fatty liver.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ma'am
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query. Your scanning report of liver indicates there is fatty liver disease. It is on mild degree also. There is no fibrosis ( cirrhosis). So it is reversible change.
Better to check your liver enzymes level in blood and to rule out Hepatitis B and C by doing their blood tests.
If you drink alcohol then avoid taking alcohol, drink more plain water, avoid red meat and processed foods, take vitamin C and E supplements. Get proper cardio exercises daily. Brisk walking, jogging, cycling or swimming is good. Avoid stress also. You can practice breathing exercises for stress relaxation.
These damage will gradually regenerate if you focus on above measures.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query.
After using hormonal contraceptives (patch) it is normal to get spotting. It can take up to 3 months to completely normalize your periods. There is nothing to worry this is normal.
As using birth control patch is only 91 percent efficient better to do urine pregnancy test to rule out that also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
