Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the details. For high cholesterol, I would suggest you try lifestyle modification such as diet and exercises. Avoid fat and oily food. Reduce sugar and salt intake. Walking every day a minimum of 30 minutes daily. Repeat Lipid profile after 3 months, if it still persists then you may have to start on medications.

For vitamin B12 deficiency, I suggest you take vitamin B12 injections for 7 days on alternate days followed by monthly injections for 12 months. Take Tab. Neurobion forte once daily for 3 to 6 months.

For vitamin D deficiency, you can take Cap. Dvion 60,000 IU, once weekly for 3 to 4 months.

MCH, MCHC, and RBC are mild derangements which can be due to multivitamin deficiency.

Nothing to worry, as long as you do not have a fever or any other illness, you need not worry about lymphocytes and platelets.

I hope this answered your query.

Regards,
