Question: MCH measured at 34.7 the normal range states 27-32. Is this something to be concerned about?

If taking milk thistle and turmeric supplements along with LIV RE GEN, can these help to lower MCH and over what time scale.

MCH is a one of the red cell indices which tells about the hemoglobinization of the red blood cells.
Low MCH is known in anemias.
However, high MCH does not have much significance when assessed in isolation.
I suggest you to post the complete blood count report for better assessment.
