Many thanks young lady for choosing to reach out on this network to ask a question. As a matter of fact you are currently living in Somerset, NJ (according to my information on you) which I'm told is about 3 miles distant from my home town. I was born at what used to be called MIDDLESEX hospital....now of course, it's the XXXXXXX Wood XXXXXXX Foundation. I've not seen MIDDLESEX hospital since I was just a wee lad you know! LOL! We moved out of NJ when I was very young. My father was a surgical resident in training and my mother an RN at St. Barnabas (in NYC I believe).

I've reviewed your REPORT which is attached. However, it is not of anything to do with medical reports, labs, or doctor's notes. It appears to be a screen shot taken of a computer laptop with some information on the screen from a website called HAYNEEDLE.

Also, I did review your introductory blurb which has a slight typo to begin with in the 2nd sentence that starts with "The Natural foramen......" It's very possible that the report itself says NATURAL but this would because there was a TRANSCRIPTION mistake made by the computer when listening to a doctor dictating the words NEURAL FORAMEN.

There is a herniation of a disk at the T6/T7 level which is compressing the SPINAL CORD itself as opposed to just a spinal nerve. This could mean that you are a suffering from a mild or moderate degree of SPINAL CORD weakness in both motor as well as sensory function. at the T6/T7 junctional level. But when the spinal cord is affected that means that you could very well be demonstrating what we call a partial block at T6/7 So, not only would you be a little weak in muscles right AT the T6/7 level but you may also feel some weakness, numbness, tingling, etc. at every level BELOW the T6/7 level itself in the abdominal muscles, in the waist, the hips, and the legs.....but only on the LEFT side for the most part. Your right side should be just fine. You may also be suffering from neuropathic pain sorts of symptoms. By the MYELOPATHY is the thing of major concern here.

This condition would need to be taken care of surgically in my opinion and depending upon the severity of your symptoms...sooner rather than later since the spinal cord doesnb't tolerate very well being compressed for long periods of time before permanent/irreversible damange is done.

I'm not impressed much of the broad based posterior disc bulges. My recommendation is that you look into surgical repair of this problem as quickly as possible. You will want to contact a NEUROSURGEON and especially one that specializes in spinal cord surgery..... I will bid thee farewell at this point while you decide whether or not I've answered your the questions you were INTENDING on asking but forgot to include! ROFLMAO! Perhaps, I have already? Again, with spinal cord compression you want to be quite deliberate but expeditious in your decisions because time is of the essence lady.
