MRI Of Brain Showed White Matter Signal Abnormality. Related To Multiple Sclerosis?
Question: impression of a brain mri: punctat oci subcortical flair signal abnormality identified in the inferior bifrontal subcortal white matter. these liely represent tiny foci of gliosis sequela of chronic migranes or minimal small vessell ischemic change in the setting of hypertension or diabetes might also account for his.....is this ms?

1. Impression of white matter signal abnormality need not be related to hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid problem and chronic migraine to explain it. Nothing big to worry about. Advice will be to have these factors treated effectively.
2. Diagnosis of MS can be made with set criteria of which clinical setting (your medical history and clinical examination) is very important. As such I don't see any such indication in your case.
