Brief Answer:
Most likely growing pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Pain in lower limb only which is more during evening and night in absence of any swelling, tenderness, redness is most likely growing pain.
I suggest you to do hot fomentation and gentle massage. Give acetaminophen if pain persists even after taking these measures.
Get serum vitamin D and calcium level done.
If the levels are low supplementation will be needed.
If you notice any new or worsening of symptoms please consult your pediatrician.

Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
You can normal calcium supplement

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You can give calcium supplement with dose of 25 mg/kg/day. Also you can give 60000 u of vitamin d once a week for 4 weeks.Usually this dose does not causes any overdose and helps in maintaining the normal serum level.
Better get the test done for both vitamin d and calcium.
Thanks
