Question: (Male) Rash right above genitals. There is swelling, itching, and some bleeding and scabbing. I'd like to know what it is/what I should do about it.

I've checked the picture, it seems like an eczematous rash. I request you to use an antibiotic and steroid combination cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% with fusidic acid 2%. In addition to that, I suggest you take an oral antihistamine e.g Levocetirizine 10mg once a day.
