May I Ask What Is The Reason The Pain Starts From Popliteal Fossa ?

Question: From the back of the thigh, the pain starts from the popliteal fossa and goes upward in a straight line. When I press lightly, I find that there are many particles, and I feel tingling and heat when I press some of the particles. May I ask what is the reason

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the picture you attached and it shows localization of the pain.
I think that the most probable reason of the pain behind the knee , popliteal fossa, coming upward can be related to tendinitis.
Also the particles in fossa can be related to tendinitis. I believe you may need to do an ultrasound of the fossa to check these particles.
Taking anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen will ease the pain and reduce inflammation.
