Brief Answer:
TLC and DLC reports required
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The blood report shows slightly low hemoglobin, however, can be considered normal for this age.
Tiredness can be age related.
However, you can get an iron profile and post the results.
Kindly, post the complete CBC report along with total leukocyte count (TLC) and differential leukocyte count (DLC) for interpretation.
Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
PBS and iron studies are suggested
Detailed Answer:
hello and welcome again,
The CBC report shows 4% cells which can be any of the the immature cells- metamyelocytes, myelocytes, bavnd cells or blasts.
The TLC is within normal limits and all other parameters- platelet count, red cell indices are normal.
Hemoglobin is slightly low, however, it can be associated with advancing age.
I suggest you to get a peripheral blood smear (PBS) examination to identify the 4% immature cells and iron studies to know the status of iron stores.
Thanks and take care
