Question: Metamyelocytes 4.0, Monocytes 1.3, RBC 3.76, Hemoglobin 11.6, heamatocrit 35.3, -- tired, cold, age 77 and still working.

The blood report shows slightly low hemoglobin, however, can be considered normal for this age.
Tiredness can be age related.
However, you can get an iron profile and post the results.
Kindly, post the complete CBC report along with total leukocyte count (TLC) and differential leukocyte count (DLC) for interpretation.
