Metformin 500 Twice A Day And My Partner And I Are In A Monogamous Relationship

Question: Hi, yesterday I noticed around 4 round flesh-coloured lesions, less than 0.5 cm in size on my clitoris (under the clitoral hood). As of now there is no itching, pain or any symptom.
I have PCOD, and I'm on Metformin 500 twice a day and my partner and I are in a monogamous relationship. I do however have HPV. Please advise.

Hi Dr.
No discharge or pain so far. My last sexual exposure was 24th October so I'm not sure if it is herpes. Also my partner and I have been together for 7 months and he has no symptoms.
What else should I do to confirm whether it is herpes or not?
Is it possible it could be something else?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the delay in my response .
In picture it look like herpes virus infection but it could be due to bacterial and fungal infection as well.
Keep the area dry and clean and drink a lot of water, avoid oily and spicy food. Wear cotton undergarments.
You can take antibiotics and some vitamin supplements for the same.
For further confirmation you can visit to your treating doctor for physical examination and vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity.
