Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have gone through the details and the pictures.
First of all this does not appear to be Dermatographism to me - In dermatographism we see raised skin ( only temporarily).
Blue sclera is suggestive of some connective tissue disorder like osteogenesis imperfecta, Marfan's syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, pseudoxanthoma elasticum, and Willems De Vries syndrome, to begin with.
I can only suggest symptomatic treatment like pain killers SOS . Get blood levels of Vitamin B12 and D3 to see if any deficiency disease is present.
I am afraid not much can be discussed about your condition. all the above I have mentioned do not fit into your description.
I would suggest that you consult some rheumatologist ,who may be more helpful.
Thanks for the question. hope to hear from you soon with good news of definitive diagnosis .
