Mole Underneath Scrotum With Spots & Pus. Irritation & Increasing In Size. What Should Be Done To Get The Pus Out?
Question: i have a mole underneath my ball sack and it always gets irritated when running but i always kept an eye on it and no change but now its doubled insize and from close inspection has two white spots and is pussing what should i do do i get the puss out or leave it ?
Hello;
Thanks for your query.
As the mole has grown in size and two white spots are seen that means there is some infection.
I guess you may be having some amount of pain in the region.
You can see pus but better don't try to pop it at present.
You will need to start on some antibiotic like Amoxycillin with clavulanic acid to treat the infection.
Better option is to consult your family physician (GP) and get examined.
He will prescribe the antibiotic in the proper dosage and if there is a need he may drain the pus and apply dressing.
Hope this answer is helpful to you.

its not really painful i can feel it there but i just wanted to check that it wasnt cancerous because its quite a loose mole above the skin not flat and is soft and can move about a bit and is the same like flesh red colour ?
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
A mole is usually asymmetrical with ragged, scalloped edges and can be seen loose or sort of hanging.
Normal mole colour is the same throughout and commonly does not have shades of XXXXXXX brown, black, red, white or blue.
Melanomas (skin cancer moles) have uneven colour (black and ugly looking), change in size and the edges are blurred, irregular and flat.
A physical examination will most of the time tell the difference and from what you describe it is more likely a mole and not a skin cancer.
So please get examined by your doctor he will see you and do the needful.
He will start you on antibiotics and you should be fine.
Wishing you good health.
