Question: Movies and TV series are not understandable after eating certain food. I am a diabetic patient as well as XXXXXXX Only the selected foods are suitable for me.

Sometimes movies are understandable for just 30 minutes after eating food and then it starts non-foccusing and no understanding of tv series after 30 minutes

After eating, a good amount of the blood goes to the bowel, causing the brain and other organs to receive less blood than they would usually get. This may cause some changes in brain activity resulting in low concentration and sleepiness and further cause you to have it difficult to concentrate when you watch movies soon after food. This is the case especially if you have large meals.

To help with this, you may need to have frequent small amounts of food during the day. Instead of having 2-3 big meals, you can have 4-5 smaller meals. This will prevent a huge amount of blood going to your stomach and bowel and will allow the brain to be more active. This will be beneficial for sugar control as well, thus better control of diabetes.

Hello,

Another issue is that my body is cold. I am feeling cold in hot season also

And after eating cold items, my mind is not working also. I have to keep my brain active. I cannot watch movies also after eating such cold nature items

Also, I cannot sleep without eating hot nature foods like XXXXXXX and Chocolate

sweating is only happening when food is digested and after eating water. Too much sweating is happening when eating normal water. And less sweating after eating cold water

Because of this, I cannot eat water frequently

just before the meal which is not creating sweating

Water in the empty stomach creates too much sweating. I have to eat something. After eating food, sweating is not happening anymore
that sweetening is creating too much problem and I cannot do any work after this. I have to eat

Because of this, I have to take heavy meals

Thank you for the uploaded report. The thyroid function seems normal and I also noticed that you have had previous results that were normal as well.

I understand your concern with too much sweating, but as long as medical conditions are ruled out, sweating may vary from patient to patient and many times there is no specific treatment required.
I would advise you to eat frequent small amounts of food and drink after eating instead of having big meals as this may cause you to overeat and gain weight which in itself can make sweating worse.

If warm tea (not too hot) does not cause you to sweat, you may try to use more natural teas (lemon, peach, etc) that do not contain caffeine, 2-3 times a day to take some more fluids in. It is very important that you keep yourself hydrated and drink enough.

You may have a CBC and ERS done if you have not done it in the last year just to make sure your body is not fighting against certain infections which may cause you to be sweating.
Sweating in some patients may be related to diabetes as well so it is important that you have good control of sugar levels (not too low and not high).
