If patient is asymptomatic then no treatment is required
Detailed Answer:
After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that many individuals do have heart rate that is on the lower side and that is normal for them. If the patient is not experiencing any symptoms like lightheadedness, giddiness, presyncope then there is no need of any further investigation.
However if patient experience any of the symptoms at any point of time then further investigation is required in the form of holter monitoring Which is the 24 hour ECG recording which will help us to find out if there is any significant arrhythmia or a significant heart beat pause that is occurring transiently.
