Brief Answer:
Central retinal vein occlusion is the reason for vision loss

Detailed Answer:
Central retinal vein occlusion is a vision threatening disorder . The most important cause of this is hypertension. Usually the patients need intravitreal injections in the eye to treat the same . Still visual recovery is not that good as the main vein of the retina is affected and retina is one tissue of the eye which cannot be changed and is the main layer responsible for vision . You should get her checked by a Retina specialist and then depending upon the report we can proceed further . But we have to do it quickly as retinal tissue once degenerated doesnt recover fully . Hope my answer helps you . Regards
