Remedy for acne and dandruff
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ask a doctor service.
I have reviewed your query as well as viewed the images and here is my advice
You seem to have inflammatory acne - red, pustular, painful bumps. Acne prone skin is usually oily skin type or combination skin. I suggest an oral anti acne antibiotic e.g either Doxycycline (Cap Doxt SL 100mg) or Minicycline for a few weeks. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel (benzac AC 2.5%), twice daily.
For dandruff and oily scalp I would suggest you to use a ketoconazole based shampoo e.g either Nizral or Scalpe shampoo, daily.
Hope I have answered your query
Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Regarding acne treatment
Detailed Answer:
hi.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion, twice daily. I suggest you to take doxycycline 100mg capsule twice a day for 3-4 weeks and then follow up. Oral Azithromycin is also an option.
Hope i have answered your query.
