Muscle Pain All Over Body. What Could Be The Cause?

Thanks for posting your query.
Sudden muscle pain all over the body without any injury or overwork can be due to side effect of medicines like statins- cholesterol lowering medicines. Sometimes, it can be due to dehydration, muscle fatigue or electrolyte abnormalities. It is better to drink sufficient fluid and also see that your intake of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium ) is sufficient. You can drink Oralyte for this.
Most of the times the problem is benign and self limiting. In case the fatigue persists then do consult your physician for required blood tests.
I hope this answers your query.

Thanks for writing again.
The symptoms that you have could also be related to hormonal disturbance or a neurological cause due to methylcobalamin deficiency. A detailed examination and few blood tests are necessary to find out the cause. You can consult your endocrinologist for the treatment.
