Brief Answer:
Reports are almost normal
Detailed Answer:
I have seen the reports and they are normal.
We consider alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase abnormal if they are raised 2-3 times above the baseline.
In your case they are only slightly above the normal range and don't require any treatment.
Even for raised lymphocytes no active treatment is required.
What are the sites of lichen planus?
Are you developing new lesions or is it stationary?
Have you started with any medicines for lichen planus?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Short course of oral steroids, tablet dapsone
Detailed Answer:
In case your lesions are increasing and not responding to topical medicines I would recommend to take a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisone 0.5 mg perkg body weight per day for 2 weeks and then taper them off.
Also start with tablet dapsone 100 mg once daily.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
These medicines will stop the progression of disease.
