As explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your query. Gastroenteritis in infants and toddlers are mainly viral. As you are saying her urine output has reduced, that is not considered good. I suggest you give her 1 XXXXXXX of racecadotril 10 mg divided into 3 times for 2 to 3 days and Darolac half XXXXXXX twice daily.

Give her lots of fluids, as many times she passes loose stools, it has to be replaced with water or ORS water or buttermilk etc.

You can wait for another 2 days if it is not subsiding or she is not active/playing then you may have to meet a pediatrician.

As long as she is feeding and playing do not worry about loose stools. It will take a week to subside on its own.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
