My 10 Year Old Is Having Mild Stomach Pain And
Question: My 10 year old is having mild stomach pain and vomiting... whatever he eats or drink he vomited....what should I give him

I have gone through your query and understand your concern
A sudden onset of abdominal pain and vomiting might suggest a viral illness or beginning of an acute gastroenteritis(food poisoning)
If he do not have fever and is otherwise active, we need not worry.
You can give him Cyclopam tablet(containing 500mg paracetamol and 20 mg dicyclomine) for abdominal pain and Ondansetron 4mg tablets for vomiting. Give cyclopam tablet 2-3 times daily (guessing his weight to be around 30kg) after food and Ondansetron tablets 2-3 times daily 1 hour before food. Also, give feeds in small but frequent amounts to decrease vomiting . Wait for 1hour after giving Ondansetron before trying anything orally
With these measures, he should be okay in 2-3 days
If not, or if he develops additional symptoms, kindly get back to me
