Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried. Follow up for wellness check as scheduled

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health concern

Isolated single swollen lymph node, soft and movable, on the neck region without any other associated symptoms is not of major concern. Mild infections, mostly viral can cause such lymph node enlargement which can take a few weeks to completely shrink. And it is very common among young children.

There is nothing of major concern at this point. You can follow up with her wellness check as scheduled, during which time this can be addressed.

Hope this answers your question
