Brief Answer:
Hii. He is having block nose. The causes of blocked nose are allergic rhini

Detailed Answer:
Hii. He is having block nose. The causes of blocked nose are allergic rhinitis, deviated nasal septum or enlarged adenoid behind the nose, antrochoanal polyp. If it persists for more than 2 week then do a X ray nose and X ray soft tissue neck lateral view to see the sinuses. In the meantime start mometasone nasal spray, nasoclear nose drop, steam inhalation. If it has gross allergic rhinitis then it will resolve with spray at least after 2-3 week and may need to continue for long. Review if any queries.
