Brief Answer:
May be due to scratch or blunt trauma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached images. Here is my advice.

As per your history, I think it may be due to scratch /blunt trauma to finger and swelling may be due to inflammatory response to injury.

For that I would suggest you to continue sudocrem cream. In case of fever, you can give syp. Acetaminophen (160mg/5ml) 2.5 ml every 8 hourly. Restrict finger movements.

Still it would be better to consult with pediatrician for detailed medical examination regarding finger movements.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
