Question: My 1.5 year old baby is having cold symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing.. is it safe to give her t minic drops? what will be the dosage as she is 9.3 kg.

Hi. Thanks for writing.
Usually cold and sneezing at this age is viral infection. But still it is better to consult your pediatrician to rule out ear or throat infection which may need appropriate medicines.
For the time being you may try a dose or two of the medicine you named.
I usually prescribe around 0.5ml twice daily for such babies.
But again let me remind you to consult your pediatrician in a day.
