Brief Answer:
Observe for the symptoms, acid reducing agent may help

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Occasional vomiting with decreased appetite may be due to gastritis or can be early symptom of gastrointestinal(GI) infection.
Sometimes after two to three days of vomiting loose stool(diarrhea) starts and this suggests some GI infection.
Here I would like to continue the ondem syrup for next two days in twice daily dose. Adding acid reducing agent like lansoprazole (Junior lanzol, dissolving tablet) once a day for three to four days will help.
The dose for this age will be 1/2 tablet (7.5 mg) once a day.
In case of gastritis the symptoms should improve within 3-4 days.
Observe for the symptoms like loose stool, persistent frequent vomiting, decreased urine output or fever and if you notice any please consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Wishing for good health of your baby.
Regards
