Brief Answer:
Need few more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

To have a clear idea, I would like to get few more details:

1.When did this problem start?
2.Where you used to measure the temperature- mouth or axilla?
3.Is this present whenever she sleeps, day and night? Happens daily, or only occasional?
4.If recent onset, any other symptoms associated(rash, cold, cough, vomiting, urine or bowel disturbance?
5. Is she otherwise active and playful? Kindly mention her present weight also.
6. Attach reports of investigations if any

Kindly get back with details so that I can guide you better.
Thank you.
