I have gone carefully through the details and have checked the images. Although rashes are common in children of this age, these rashes do not look normal and require further clinical evaluation. They could be due to viral or allergic cause. I would not like to throw random causes before you unnecessarily frightening you. Rather it would be a food idea to visit a pediatrician and to get it evaluated. Possibly some antiallergic drops like benadryl would be needed to be given.
