Brief Answer:
Gastrointestinal infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. It seems that your child has a food poisoning or gastrointestinal infection. Usually these are self limiting and resolve in 2-4 days. Unless there is blood in stool, treatment with antibiotics is not needed. Management is supportive and consists of symptomatic management. Decolic tablet or syrup can be given. ORS (oral rehydration solution) needs to be given in order to replenish the lost fluids and salts.

Please be patient. You would need to see a doctor if the child becomes lethargic. Do not worry about corona.

Regards
