My 4 Years Old Spray A Perfume And He Is

Your son might be having hives, treatment suggested
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,
If your son is developing red swollen areas on the skin that stay a few hour and then come up somewhere else, very likely this is due to allergic reaction with hives.
The rash typically changes a lot within few minutes to hours, quickly disappearing in one area and appearing somewhere else. If this is not the case then a different cause of the rash should be ruled out. Having a picture would help me better evaluate the rash.
You can give your son Benadryl every 6 hours. The dose will depend on the weight of the child and you may follow the instructions on the box but generally it is 5-10 ml every 6 hours ( you can give him an average of 7.5 ml every 6 hours).
If you notice no improvement or you notice any worsening or shortness of breath or swelling of eyes or lips then a severe allergic reaction is happening and you will need to urgently send him to the hospital.
Meanwhile try to put the causing agent away to prevent it from happening again.
I hope this answers to your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
