My 4th Gen HIV Screening Report Says 0.07 Non Reactive

Question: My 4th gen HIV screening report says 0.07 non reactive and Hepatitis C antibody 0.06 Non reactive, please note I did not had sex in last 7 months and neither had any symptoms...should I now just relax and live my life?

I am relieved now , Thanks doctor for confirming. Non reactive measure should be less than 1 and as per attached report mine is less than 1 i.e. 0.07, so what does 0.07 indicates ?
