![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: My 7 year old son in the past month has had bouts of feeling dizzy and then vomits and then goes off to sleep for an hour or so and then is fresh and about.
We checked his pressure and the same is normal at home monitoring.
I can attach the document from my local pediatrician where she has recommended a few blood test as she feels it could be a kidney or heart issue.

Brief Answer:
Please provide the details
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform
I have hone through the details and do understand your concern.
Here I would like to know more about the symptoms like
How frequent is the vomiting
Is there any associated headache
Any other associated symptoms like pain abdomen, blurring of vision etc.
I request you to attach the prescription and also any investigation if already done .
As history is prolonged we should rule out systemic causes of vomiting like any kidney or liver dysfunction, migraine etc. In last rare causes like metabolic syndrome should also be ruled out.
Waiting for your response.
Thanks

After going through the details , I would like to continue pan 20.
I won't get overly worried as vomiting is very infrequent.
You can attach the prescription or investigations in the attachment segment. You can call HCM customer care for help if needed.
I suggest you to observe for some more time and if symptom persists or worsens please consult a neurologist for opinion.
Regards
