As it is not reduced even with paracetamol, I after examination would have prescribed her a suspension containing Mefenamic acid. And would have advised for tepid sponging. For cough i would have advised steam inhalation and salt water gargling 3 to 4 times a day. And for cough Asthelin syrup.
