Brief Answer:
need to rule out postural hypotension...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would like to know if
- she lost her consciousness during the episode?
- did she complaint of limb weakness?
- had vomiting or chest pain or breathing difficulty?
- any other unusual symptoms
Can you also describe the abdominal pain - location in relation to belly better / description (cramply, dull ache, burning sensation) / duration of pain
At this point of time, the described symptoms seems like postural hypotension. I would like her blood pressure checked in sitting as well as erect position - may be through a tilt table test. Her local primary care provider will know about the test.
Awaiting your response...
Regards
