My 9 Year Old Has Been Complaining Of Headache, Ear

Question: My 9 year old has been complaining of headache, ear aches and dizziness for well over a month and seems be getting worse. We have been to Peds office twice ( said sinus initially with little fluid noted but not of concern) using nose spray and allergy pills . The 2 nd attempt at Peds he looked in her ear she passed out ( he said thought panic attack? But she has never had one or been like this before). Said it hurt when he was examining ear. Week later we went to ENT- last week . When administered hearing test she once again passed out but was so scared so I began to think maybe it was panic attack but again she has never been like this before - so scared for people to be in her ears. ENT said ears were fine. Now we have neuro appt in few weeks. She constantly complains of dizziness ( can see her turns pale all the time when happens) . Just now she said it feels like something crawling in her ear. I am a nervous wreck. I plan to call PEDS tomorrow and ask for blood work. Any advise welcome. This is 9 year old with no tubes, has had A few ear infections in past and always getting swimmers ear in summer but otherwise healthy happy kid. Note: she got glasses 11/12 for first time. We originally thought this was culprit but was told this should resolved after few weeks .... ?
Brief Answer:
Please do a head mri
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor
I am sorry for your child situation
According to the history of his simptoms and the result of ENT and pediatrician ,ear problems are excluded.
If I were his doctor I will order Head MRI examination for him.If it comes negativ than this is a good sign.If also neurological examination is negative than we can say that this might be related to anxiety disorder.
Hope to have been helpful
