Regarding quitting allopathic medicine i would suggest you to check with your doctor and ask for his opinion.
But as per my opinion you can take allopathic medicine every alternate days for few days to change the dependency over in homeopathic medicine, Provided homeopathic medicine is safe to use and has no side effect.

Homeopathic medicine can be taken or stop even without side effect or withdrawal effect
If BP is maintained then you can convert dependency over in homeopathic medicine and later on this can be stopped

Is Rauvolfia Serpentina 1x safe to use and has no side effects?
Medicine has no side effect if taken in control dose and lower potency

I have read somewhere not to take more than 500 mg of Rauvolfia Serpentina so should I reduce my dosage of 250 mg 3 tablets to 2 tablets?
Agreed, consult your physician regarding the doses, Dosage are subject to presenting symptom and physical findings

Is it ok if I continue allopathy medicine and Rauvolfia Serpentina (only 2 tablets per day) for life long or I have to stop either of two??
It may be drug over dose.
Not suggest to take both the medication together for long time

I am advised by allopathy doctor that only chance to reduce my medicines if my Bp comes to 120/80-what is your opinion?
It is dependent on presenting complaint and person to person
If you have any symptom (kindly share) while BP is elevated then you have to continue the medication
also you have to check what is the minimum and maximum fluctuation
Though 120/80+/- 10 is acceptable
