Brief Answer:
Continue the medication, observe for improvement or deterioration

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the details, have seen the images and do understand your concern.
In the picture the baby has reddish raised small lesions over the face and to me it appears to be allergic in origin.
I have few queries like if there is dandruff in scalp or any other symptoms like fever, running nose, eye discharge etc.
Although the age, type of lesion is not characteristic, sometimes these type of lesions can be due to some viral infection and associated symptoms like fever, cough/cold etc gives a clue for this. In such condition the skin lesions improves itself within 7-10 days.
Similarly associated scalp lesion(dandruff) suggests it to be atopic dermatitis.
Please let me know if you find any of these.
Considering it most likely to be allergic I would suggest you to continue the prescribed medication that is cutisoft cream(contains hydrocortisone a mild steroid) and allegra an antiallergic as advised.
Sometimes it may take longer duration for the skin lesion to respond. So you can wait for some more days.
In case of atopic dermatitis sometimes it is difficult to treat with routine medications and immunomodulator like tacrolinus may ne needed after dermatologists opinion.
Scratching the skin rashes may lead to secondary bacterial infection and then antibiotics may be needed.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards
