Brief Answer:
Try antihistamine syrups and paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for writing to us.
At this age the symptoms you described could be related to viral upper respiratory infection which is the commonest .
No need to worry. Try giving liquids and soothe her throat with lukewarm milk or soups. You can also try usual antihistamine like Cetrizine syrup and paracetamol for the throat irritation. However is symptoms worsen it is better to get her examined by a Pediatrician to see if she requires any further treatment like antibiotics.
