Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that mildly dilated vena cava may be a sign of subtle systemic venous congestion. This may be due to some increase in pulmonary artery pressure, which from its turn may be related to a chronic lung disorder or left ventricle dysfunction.

For this reason, I would recommend performing further tests like:

- NT-pro BNP
- a chest CT scan and pulmonary function tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Hello again!

Your ECG report is not normal.

It shows RBBB, which is a consequence of your chronic pulmonary disease, which has lead to increased pulmonary artery pressure and in the right heart chambers pressure.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

There is no reason to worry about them.

Hello again!

These findings are not concerning as they are trace or mild regurgitations. They have no clinical significance.

So, there is no reason to worry about them.
