Brief Answer:
Can you please tell me exactly which foretooth is it?

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Well, the time between the loss of milk tooth and eruption of a permanent tooth varies from tooth to tooth and it's location in the mouth...

Can you please tell me exactly which tooth it is?

Or if possible please click a picture and upload so that I can advise you appropriately...

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Wait for few more months

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
I have viewed the images and as he is 8 years of age you can wait for a few more months as Central incisors can erupt between 7-9 years of age..

Also many a times teeth can take about 6-8 months after the fall of milk teeth to get erupted so do not worry..

Another thing that you can do is get an x ray of the area done where the teeth are due to erupt so that you can get confirmed that the permanent teeth are present in the jaw bone or not..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
