Question: My SGOT is 49.1 and SGPT 82.2 ALP 137.test I had taken a paracetamol for knee pain, Nexovas T for BP and Essogrees D for Gas problem.But, before I drink occassionally and last time when I did USG was found to have grade II fatty liver but that time my blood test was SGOT 28.9and SGPT 38 ALP 84.

I understand your concern.
Looks like you have fatty liver and liver swelling due to it.
Worthwhile trying following things
1) Stop alcohol completely
2) get an hepatitis b, hepatitis c, lipid profile and sugar fasting and post prandial testing done if not done earlier.
3) reduce weight if overweight
4) avoid sleeping two hours after meals and go for regular walk for your gas problem will help for your fatty liver too

Avoid taking pain killers or paracetamol more than 2 gm per day.
Repeat liver function test after a month and see how you fair.
